At Fox Hollow Boutique, we want you to love what you're wearing and most importantly, be satisfied with every order! Here is some important information to know. 

SHIPPING

All U.S. orders are FREE U.S. Postal Services Priority or First Class Mail Shipping! However, this does not apply to Alaska or Hawaii shipments.

All Priority Mail shipments will take approximately 3-4 business days AFTER 1-2 business days processing time. Tracking information is provided via email to the customer at the time the order has completed processing. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

NEW! Local Pickup (Altoona, PA area only) 

Live locally? Choose our “Free In-Store Pickup” option and pick up your order our storefront Altoona, PA. Once you receive an email that your order is ready to be picked up, you will have approximately 5 days to pick it up. This is free of charge.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Shipments lost or misdirected in route to the destination will be re­shipped to the customer once it has been determined the original shipment cannot be delivered within a reasonable time frame. We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when incorrect addresses are provided by the customer. Any packages returned to us as undeliverable will be re-shipped at  the customer's expense. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered. We will supply the order and tracking information for customers to provide to the U.S. Postal Service in order to file a claim. We will work with customers to replace packages after sending us a copy of their filed police report.

RETURN POLICY

You may return any unworn, unwashed merchandise within 30 days of the date your order was shipped from us. 

Shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded, unless we made the mistake. Also, you will have the option to return your order at our storefront location.

A full refund will be given for the purchase price of all eligible returned merchandise. 

***Purchases of Sale & Accessory items are FINAL and NON-RETURNABLE. A full refund will NOT be given for returned items marked as sale or accessories.

RETURN PROCESS

•Please notify us at foxhollowboutique@gmail.com of returns prior to sending them to us.

•Returns must be post marked within 30 days of the date you receive your shipment.

•Returns must be received in original, unused condition with tags (if there is one - not all items have tags) ATTACHED and a copy of or the original invoice included. *If you cannot locate the original invoice, please print and include a copy of the order confirmation emailed to you. Returns received without documentation will be delayed in receiving refund.

•The refund is issued on the date we receive your returned item(s) from you. You are notified via email that the refund has been issued.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

Please make sure you review your order as soon a you receive it. If you have received incorrect or damaged items, you MUST contact us within 3 days and we will resolve the issue right away. 

Defective/ Damaged Items Process: 

•Use your smartphone or camera to take pictures of the damaged or defective area and email the images to foxhollowboutique@gmail.com, including the tag (if there is one - not all items have tags) in the image to show it is still attached. 

Indicate "Damaged" in the subject line.

Include the first and last name on your account, order #, and product code or the name of the item.

You will receive a response from us within 24 hours.

Please note that all of our styles come from various designers, so sizes may vary. Most of our items run "true to size," but this chart is only a guideline.
